Coaching Tasks:

1. Organize and share your team’s PBIS Tier 2 folder to include the following:
   1. 1. Tier 2 Team Action Planning Template (at a minimum complete page 1)
      2. Nomination form
      3. Decision rules
      4. Targeted Intervention Organizer
      5. Tier 2 Working Smarter in TEAMS Activity (optional)
      6. Sample T2/T3 Tracking tool

2. Review the Action Planning Document Templates if you need one for your meetings or update the one you used last year. Add to your shared folder.

3. Share the Tier 1 ADVANCED ANNUAL PLAN with your Tier 1 team.

4. Schedule TA time for November / December.
