* Organize and (re-)share your team’s PBIS Tier 2 folder for the year (e.g., 2023-24):

1. 1. 1. Tier 2 Team Action Planning Template (at a minimum complete page 1)
      2. Team Agenda (add a link to it in the Team Action Planning doc) (see Sample agenda and Action Planning Templates) 
      3. Tier 2 Working Smarter in TEAMS Activity  (or Part 1 of the SEB Academy MTSS Needs Assessment and Action Planning tool) 
2. Review, update, or draft documents for critical organizational features from Year 1
   1. 1. Nomination / Request for Assistance (RFA) form
      2. Decision Guidelines
      3. Targeted Intervention Organizer
      4. Monitoring student participation and outcomes (e.g., Pre-Meeting organizer, Sample T2/T3 tool)
