1. Organize systems:
   1. 1. Tier 2 Team Annual Planning Template (at a minimum complete page 1)
      2. Team meeting agenda and Action Planning Template 
      3. Goals

2. Review, update, or draft documents for critical organizational features  
   1. 1. Nomination / Request for Assistance (RFA) form
      2. Decision Guidelines
      3. Targeted Intervention Organizer
      4. T2 RESPONSE & Pre-Meeting organizer, or T2 meeting agenda to monitor student participation and outcomes
      5. Select method to track intervention progress (e.g., SWIS-CICO or spreadsheets in folder)

3. Schedule TA time to review goals

4. Review the SEB Academy MTSS Needs Assessment and Action Planning tool
