This tool can be used to track the 1) level of use and efficacy of each Tier 2 intervention and 2) student response to intervention (RTI).  

Teams can examine the total number and percentage of students responding to each intervention (RTI) according to decision guidelines / rules with a positive, questionable, or poor response. Furthermore, teams can then organize their meeting time more efficiently to discuss individual student progress or changes needed to groups of students accessing the same intervention.
