Year 2 and 3 Fall Kick-Off 2024
Year 2 and 3 team members kicked off the year with a hybrid gathering (both in-person and virtual). Teams reviewed and refocused on their goals for the upcoming year, revising actionable plans. Teams learned about action planning, using data to support goals, and solutions-focused strategies they could use. Teams also had time to collaborate on their next steps.
