COACHING TASKS (WINTER/SPRING):

1. Organize systems:
   1. 1. Examine the options your school has for targeted Interventions - Targeted Intervention Organizer
      2. Identify a method for reviewing students who are supported through each intervention –
      3. Identify data systems to track fidelity of the intervention
      4. Select method(s) to track individual’s response to intervention / monitor progress (e.g., SWIS-CICO or spreadsheets in folder)
      5. Determine your system for response to intervention decisions

3. Schedule TA time end of March / early April to review progress monitoring or team review of student response to intervention.
4. Schedule TFI Spring assessment for April 22- May 10
