Tasks for February/March:

1. Part 1 of the Targeted Intervention Organizer should be nearing completion for the 1-3 interventions you have been implementing or are enhancing installation of (e.g., CICO, SAIG/Social Groups, Mentoring/Check and Connect). Share and send us an email for review/feedback. 
2. March will include a preview of Part 2 of the Targeted Intervention Organizer. 
3. Save the date for the APRIL 11 full day in person team training   
4. Use one of the above checklists or the steps in the ppt as a guide to complete these T2 Installation Steps:

• Identify Intervention Coordinator(s)
• Draft Daily Progress Report (additional progress monitoring forms coming in April)  
• Draft staff training materials
• Draft orientation materials for students and communication with families
