Leading for Change
Leading change in a school or district is complex and challenging. Leaders must:
- Have a clear vision and message
- Cultivate a culture that embraces change
- Alter mindsets about teaching and learning,
- Establish systems for continuous improvement
- Engage in self-reflection about their own leadership skills, mindsets, and areas for growth
In this webinar, Sara Niño and Tori Todd described how to lead for equity and the five leadership skills for change. They also shared a leadership framework from the National Equity Project and other resources.
