Tori Todd

Tori Todd is a solutions-focused coach and learning designer committed to creating equitable, human-centered education systems. She believes in bridging the gap between cognitive learning science research and applied practices in schools to support students as whole humans. Tori brings extensive experience supporting educators across the United States to create deep and authentic learning experiences. As project director for EDC’s SEB Academy, she oversees the design and delivery of professional learning services. She also provides TA support to district teams through site visits, in-person meetings, and virtual coaching calls. Prior to joining EDC, Tori held roles as an educator, an instructional coach, and consultant. She has supported over 150 educators and leaders across the United States and internationally to examine their practice and make sustainable change. Tori holds an Ed. M. from the Mind, Brain, and Education program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she studied cognitive science, personalized learning, and SEL. She holds a BA in psychology and English literature from the University of Richmond.
